Prosciutto Wrapped Pineapple with Kelly’s Pineapple Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
Your favorite thinly sliced ham, Prosciutto or Bayonne Ham
Kelly’s Pineapple Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
Wrap pineapple spears with your favorite thinly sliced ham, Prosciutto or Bayonne ham. Skewer each spear. Spray your grill to keep the ham from sticking and lay your pineapple skewers on a hot grill. Allow the ham to crisp and the pineapple to warm through. During the process, brush each pineapple skewer with Kelly’s Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly. Be sure to coat both sides as you turn the skewers on the grill. Serve hot off the grill! Summer grilling appetizers has never been so easy and delicious.
