Pineapple Chili Lime Mahi Mahi

Ingredients:

2, 6oz filets mahi mahi

Marinade:

1/2 C olive oil

Zest & juice of one lime

1 clove of garlic, minced

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/8 tsp salt

 

Whisk together marinade ingredients place fish in shallow dish, pour marinade over fish. Let marinade for 30 min, turning fish at least once.

 

Grill fish over medium heat 3-4 minutes per side until fish flakes easily.

 

When fish is almost done, glaze with Kelly’s Pineapple Jalapeño Jelly. Garnish with lime. Serve with brown rice and broccoli (or grilled asparagus)
