Kelly’s Jelly, founded by local residents Kelly and Adam Calabria, received the Business of the Year award. The Calabrias started with a single recipe and now distribute 250,000 jars of jelly each month.

“I like to believe that luck is the intersection of preparation, opportunity, and persistence. And Kelly and her husband use those ingredients to really make a success,” presenter Jay Halladay said at the event.

Kelly’s was considered for this award because we started at the Lake Oswego local Farmer’s market and are still there today. Our products are found in local and regional stores and ship our products across the country.
Each year Kelly’s hosts an annual open house that benefits other Lake Oswego woman-owned businesses and supports local organizations like With Love, Hunger Fighters and Wagable. Kelly’s also employs local students and regularly participates in school fundraisers.
